Preferred Strategies
Preferred Strategies consider the multi-year market environment often referred to as a cyclical bull or cyclical bear market as indicated by the TimingCues Cyclical Market Trend signal (TCMT). The list of strategies is reviewed and the best is chosen for the current market environment.
Returns on the home page are trading the Nasdaq-100 at 1.5x when the TCMT indicates a bullish trend is in place. This is achieved by a blend of 1x ETFs and 2x ETFs to create an average of 1.5x. During bullish trends the Long Term and Short Term TimingCue signals go to cash when those signals indicate "sell".
During a bearish trend, the Long Term and Short Term signals are traded at 1x long during a "buy" and 1x short during a "sell" as indicated by the TCMT signal.
